Rental reservations for most events need to be made at least ten (10) working days prior to the event, excluding funeral luncheons and emergency situations. Reservations can be accepted a year in advance prior to the event. Any event scheduled beyond one year out requires a $25.00 non-refundable hold fee. The fee will be applied toward event charges when the event occurs. Each event is regarded as a separate rental charge.

The American Legion is a voluntary veteran’s organization based upon 4 pillars; Americanism, National Security, Veterans and Rehabilitation, and Children and youth. Post 164 is a non- profit, non-political member of the American Legion and only supports programs that enhance these 4 pillars. Since we are a non-profit, our Post operates on fees/donations from individuals, businesses, and other organizations that ask to use our facility. Please keep this in mind when you complete this agreement.
