The American Society of Aerospace Medicine Specialists Endowed Fund is established by the Aerospace Medical Association Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, duly organized under the state of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation.” The American Society of Aerospace Medicine Specialists Endowed Fund is hereinafter referred to as the “Fund.”
