These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the participation in the Anchor Referral Program. By agreeing to these Terms, or by otherwise participating in the Anchor Referral Program, you, and/or behalf of your organization (“Partner”, “you” and “your”), are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement by and between Anchor Group Inc., a Delaware corporation, with principal offices at 1501 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, 12th Floor (“Anchor” or the “Company”), and Partner.
