ANCILLARY VENDOR AGREEMENT CONTRATTO PER FORNITORI AUSILIARI This Ancillary Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of last signature (“Effective Date”) by and among Fortrea Inc. with a place of business at 8 Moore Drive, Durham, NC 27709, USA and its Affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Fortrea") and A.O.
