THIS RESTATED AND AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 31st day of December 2021 (the "Effective Date"), between Critical Mass Industries LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Company”), and Good Meds Inc., a Colorado corporation and successor in interest to Good Acquisition Co (“Contractor”).
