AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated and entered into this day of , 2019 by and between Clark County, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“COUNTY”), the Clark County Stadium Authority, a corporate and politic body and political subdivision of Clark County, Nevada (the “STADIUM AUTHORITY”), and LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “DEVELOPER”). COUNTY, the STADIUM AUTHORITY and the DEVELOPER are each a party to this Agreement, and together they are the “Parties.”
