Seller guarantees that all puppies produced by Brickhaven Labradoodles are of sound health and temperament. Seller guarantees the above-described puppy is of sound health at time of buyer taking possession. Above-described puppy comes with a Three Year genetic health guarantee for PRA (eyes) and Hip Dysplasia, spay or neuter surgery, first set of puppy shots, de-worming treatments, microchip with registration. Seller requires that you have your puppy examined by a veterinarian within 7 days of possession. This establishes a good relationship with your Veterinarian. If your veterinarian finds your puppy to have any of the above mentioned health issues we will immediately arrange a full refund of purchase price to be sent upon both the return of puppy and a report issued by the examining vet, within 48 hours of examination. During the time between receiving your puppy and the completion of the puppy shots (approx. 16 to 17 weeks of age) It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the puppy away from public places such as pet stores, Puppy Kindergarten, or parks. A puppy's immunity is not strong enough to be exposed to potentially deadly viruses (such as parvovirus) before the puppy vaccinations are completed.

We guarantee that your puppy will be delivered to you in good health. We require that you have your puppy examined by a veterinarian within 5 days of delivery. We want you to be fully assured of your puppy’s health. If your veterinarian finds your puppy to have chronic or serious health issues, we will immediately arrange a full refund of purchase price to be sent upon both the return of puppy and a report issued by the examining vet. Rather than a refund, you may return the puppy and receive a puppy from the next available litter (breeder’s choice). If you do not take the puppy for examination within 5 days of delivery, this contract is void. Any request for refund or replacement must be made within the 5-day period allotted.
