This SURVEYOR KIT PATENT, TECHNOLOGY, AND INVENTORY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (together with the Schedule(s) hereto, this “Agreement”), dated as of, July 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Transgenomic, Inc.
