This First Amendment to and Restatement of Performance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of June , 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Burleson 4A Economic Development Corporation, a Texas municipal development corporation located in the City (“BEDC”), by and through its Board President, and 2525 FTG - Tulsa, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Developer”), by and through its manager.
