THIS AMENDMENT TO LEVERAGED LEASE FACILITY AND SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (the "Amendment"), dated as of March 7, 2001 (the "Effective Date"), is made and entered by and among UNITED ARTISTS THEATRE CIRCUIT, INC., a Maryland corporation ("Tenant"), WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, not in its individual capacity but solely as the Corporate Owner Trustee (the "Corporate Owner Trustee"), WILLIAM J.
