entered into by and between the City of Bisbee, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”) and the Friends of Bisbee Animal Shelter, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“FBAS”), to provide animal care services for the City pursuant to the terms and conditions indicated herein. The City and FBAS may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” This Agreement is authorized by and entered into pursuant to the City’s Charter, City Code, and A.R.S.
