Gilpin County Stock PensAnimal Housing Agreement • September 26th, 2018
The Owner(s) understands that any animals housed at the County Fairgrounds is done so at their own risk and such animals are not the responsibility of Gilpin County, its officers, agents or employees. The Owner(s) hereby indemnifies and agrees to save harmless against Gilpin County, its officers, agents or employees from any and all loss, damage, expense and or penalty on account of any injury or death to the Owner's person, animal(s) or property of any character whatsoever which may happen or occur on or about the fairgrounds. The Owner(s) further releases Gilpin County, its officers, agents, employees from any loss or injury to Owner's person, animal(s), or property due to fire, theft, illness, and/or accident.
