We received the proposed Animal Services Agreement from the County and it has been forwarded to the City Attorney for review. The City Managers had an initial meeting with the County staff today. Almost all of the discussion related to different ideas on how costs should be allocated between the participating agencies. This is far from being settled and more conversations will follow.
