The Cities of Lead and Deadwood, South Dakota acknowledge that they have been sharing costs and expenses incurred in connection with the animal shelter that is in the City of Lead. The cities further acknowledge that the City of Lead owns the animal shelter and has entered into an agreement with the “Friends of the Twin City Animal Shelter” to manage and operate the animal shelter.
