This Annex One under the Reimbursable Space Act Umbrella SAA2-403497 (the “Umbrella Agreement”) between Leland Stanford Junior University (“Stanford” or “Partner”) and NASA Ames Research Center (“NASA” or “NASA ARC”) shall be for the purpose of performing test activities at the Ames Vertical Gun Range (“AVGR”) on behalf of the Partner. ARC will configure and operate the AVGR to provide the test conditions requested by the Stanford test team in order to conduct their research. In addition, the AVGR crew will deliver test data (video recordings and scope traces), plus guidance and assistance with test planning. Each capitalized term used in this Annex One, but not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Umbrella Agreement.
