WHEREAS, Developer is the lessor of certain real property on parcel 09-27-400-005 (hereinafter the “Property”), comprising approximately 44 acres, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is not presently contiguous to the Town’s corporate limits;
