THIS AGREEMENT made effective February 7, 2019, and is by and between the School Board of Duval County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “OWNER”), and Aerostar SES LLC, an Alaska limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida, whose address is 11181 St. Johns Industrial Parkway, North, Jacksonville, Florida 32246, Federal I.D. No. 26-2747111(the “CONSULTANT”) for continuing annual contract services in accordance with s. 287.055, Florida Statutes.
