This Annual Financial and Operating Plan (Annual Operating Plan), is hereby made and entered into by and between Park County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as “Cooperator,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Pike and San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands, South Park and South Platte Ranger Districts, (PSICC), hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement #15-LE-11021200-019 executed on April 16, 2015. This Annual Operating Plan is made and agreed to as of the last date signed below and ending December 31, 2019.
