Due to a change on the Illinois Public Higher Education Procurement Bulletin E-Bidding system, we will now be accepting E-bid submissions only from vendors with an active IPG number (not the system vendor number previously accepted). We will also be opening this solicitation to accept physical paper submissions from vendors with a pending IPG number, or no IPG number.
