This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between A-TEC Recycling, PO Box 17099, Des Moines, IA 50317 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 29, 2018 executed under City Directorial Order No. 18926, and County Contract C-18-0144, dated March 27, 2018, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on March 20, 2018, for Annual Requirements - Fluorescent Bulb and Battery Recycling Services, Quote No. 5798, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
