This agreement incorporates the Askham Bryan College Terms and Conditions for Residential Accommodation ("the Terms and Conditions") and by signing it the above named student agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Those persons named will be pursued for any unpaid fees accrued during the period of the agreement. The attached Terms and Conditions and Residential Rules form part of this agreement.
