This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between United Seeds, Inc., P.O. Box 27322, Omaha, NE 68127 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated May 8, 2018 executed under City Executive Order No. 91830, and County Contract C-18-0196, dated April 24, 2018 for Annual Supply – Grass Seed, Bid No. 18-048, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
