the organization as defined in the SAPStore purchase transaction and registered in the QuantityWare Service Portal (QWSP) with its full legal name (hereinafter referred to as "Customer”), with its principal offices located at the address as defined in the QWSP. WHEREAS QuantityWare is a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The main focus of QuantityWare is to develop and design Quantity Conversion Interfaces for the Oil Industry.
