THIS BEAT LICENSING AGREEMENT is made today on ("Effective Date") by and between (hereinafter referred to as “Artist/Licensee”) and Antbeatz (hereinafter referred to as the "Producer/Licensor"). For good, valuable and legally sufficient consideration, the parties hereby agree to the foregoing terms and conditions:
