This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of 18th December 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Automation Anywhere, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 633 River Oaks Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134 U.S.A. for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates (“AAI”) and Innovation Path s.r.o., a Czech Republic limited company with a principal place of business located in Nad Královskou oborou 161/11, Prague, Czech Republic (“Licensee”).
