This API TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Service Agreement") legally binds you and BBVA USA, doing business as BBVA (“BBVA”) and BBVA Open Platform, Inc. (“Open Platform”) and together with BBVA, the “BBVA Entities”, with whom you are contracting, as set forth below. You affirm and agree that you are entering into this Service Agreement on behalf of and as a duly authorized representative of a Company (as defined below), and you represent that you have authority to bind the Company to this Service Agreement. Accordingly, the terms "you" or "your", as used below, shall refer to such Company. "We," "Us" or "Our" means the BBVA Entities with whom you are contracting.
