This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions upon which Seasonal Specialties, Inc. (“Seasonal,” “we”), with its principal place of business at 11455 Valley View Road Eden Prairie, MN 55344 as licensor, grants to you (whether as an individual or a corporate entity, the (“Licensee”, “you” or “your”) a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App Controlled Lights software application(“Software” or “Application”).BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS APPLICATION FOR ANDROID, iOS, OR OTHER MOBILE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION IN SECTION 9 AFFECTING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT REGARDING ANY DISPUTE.IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION. 1.
