This First Amendment (this “First Amendment”) to the AppCenter Service Exhibit No. 20100607.090.S.002 of October 1, 2010 between Motricity, Inc., (“Motricity” or “Supplier”) and AT&T Services, Inc. (“AT&T Services” or “AT&T”) (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 1st day of September 2011 (“First Amendment Effective Date”).
