This Amended and Restated Appendix A to the Ivy Funds Plan Pursuant to Rule 18f-3 dated November 13, 2008, as amended May 18, 2009, February 11, 2010, January 24, 2011, June 13, 2011, June 4, 2012, August 14, 2012, November 12, 2012, February 26, 2013, November 12, 2013, May 20, 2014, August 12, 2014, January 9, 2017 (the “Agreement”) is effective as of April 3, 2017, and supersedes any prior Appendix A to the Agreement.
