By clicking to agree to this Schedule 2, which is hereby offered to You by Apple, You agree with Apple to amend that certain Apple Developer Program Licence Agreement currently in effect between You and Apple (the “Agreement”) to add this Schedule 2 thereto (supplanting any existing Schedule 2). Except as otherwise provided herein, all capitalised terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

You would like to use the Apple Software (as defined below) to develop one or more Applications (as defined below) for Apple-branded products. Apple is willing to grant You a limited licence to use the Apple Software and Services provided to You under this Programme to develop and test Your Applications on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
