This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between Apple Inc., a California corporation located at One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014 (“Apple”), Apple Operations Europe, a company organized and existing under the laws of Ireland, with registered address at Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland (“AOE”) and your Company. By clicking on the “Agree” button, your Company (“Company”), through its authorized representative, is agreeing to become a party to this Agreement and will be bound by and will comply with all terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
