THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between Fidelity Information Services, LLC. an Arkansas limited liability company located at 601 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “FIS”), and Merchant named below (hereinafter "Merchant") shall be effective as of contract execution. This Agreement relates to FIS for SNAP and WIC Electronic Benefit Transfer ("EBT") services provided by the state(s) of [STATE] (“State”), and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
