THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between Custom Data Processing, Inc. an Illinois corporation at 1408 Joliet Road, Romeoville, Illinois 60446, and Merchant named below (hereinafter "Merchant") shall be effective as of contract execution by both parties (“Effective Date”). This Agreement relates to Electronic Benefit Transfer ("EBT") services provided by the Chickasaw Nation (“State”) and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
