THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between Fidelity Information Services, LLC. an Arkansas limited liability company located at 601 Riverside Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, “FIS”), and Utility Provider named below (hereinafter "Provider") shall be effective as of contract execution. This Agreement relates to Subsidized Utility Distribution and other related services as Electronic Benefit Transfer ("EBT") services provided by the State (“State”), and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
