This APPLICATION and DATA LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement”) applies to your access to, and use of, the software, content, documentation, code, data and related materials made available by Cobalt Intelligence, Inc. (“Cobalt Intelligence”) to you, the client (“Client,” “You”, “Your”). By using any Cobalt Intelligence Materials, you agree to this Agreement.
