In this Application/Credit Agreement, the words “I,” “me,” “my,” and “mine” mean each of the Borrower or Cosigner, as applicable and/or where the context requires; the words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean both the Borrower and Cosigner, as applicable and/or where the context requires. “VSAC,” and the words “you,” “your,” and “yours,” mean the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, its agents, successors and assigns, and any subsequent holder of this Agreement.

Credit Terms: Specific credit terms are as provided on the rental and sales contracts and are in addition to the terms of this Agreement. Upon applicant’s default in payment or other terms of this Agreement Seller may charge Applicant with reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of collection. I (We), the undersigned, state that I am authorized on behalf of Applicant to make this application that all of the answers given herein are true and correct and that by making this application I, and Applicant, intend to induce CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply, Inc., Credit Grantor, to extend credit to Applicant.
