In consideration of your payment of fees for the Service type you selected, and by clicking on the “I Agree” button on our purchasing website page, or by using the Services (as defined herein), and effective as of the date on which Summit Hosting sends a welcome email to Customer regarding the availability of the purchased Services (the “Effective Date”) the following terms for this Application Hosting Services Agreement, including our pricing website page, and our privacy policy, which may also be found at www.summithosting.com/privacypolicy (and which may be updated from time to time) (“Privacy Policy”), which is incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”, which may be amended from time to time as described below), form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) and Summit Hosting LLC (“Summit Hosting”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
