This Agreement supplements the Tradier Brokerage Inc. Customer Agreement (“Customer Agreement”). By agreeing to below, you acknowledge that you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement and accept as reasonable and proper notice, for the purpose of any and all laws, rules and regulations, notice by electronic means, including, the posting of modifications to this Agreement, on Tradier Brokerage Inc. (“TBI”) Web site (www.brokerage.tradier.com). TBI may modify the Agreement from time to time with notice via an email to the email associated with your account and you may utilize the TBI Website for the most up-to-date Agreement.
