Contract Type FiledMay 8th, 2008A student earning an applied associate degree from a Kentucky Community and Technical College System college, Lexington Community College, or a Kentucky public four-year institution shall receive block transfer credit1 for all general education courses2. Upon enrollment in a baccalaureate program, applied associate degree recipients will receive general education credit for the number of general education credits completed in their applied associate degree program. (Applied associate degree general education requirements generally range from 15 to 27 credit hours.) General education credits will apply toward the institutional general education requirements of the baccalaureate program in which the student subsequently enrolls. Students will be required to complete the additional general education requirements of the baccalaureate institution to which they transfer but shall not be required to retake comparable general education courses or to repeat general education courses completed w
