Our goal in providing this service to teachers and students is to promote educational excellence by facilitating resource sharing, innovation and communication and to prepare students for an increasingly technological society. As with any type of resource, the school retains control over the manner in which it is used. The purpose of this contract is to assure that students recognize the limitations, which the school imposes, on their use of electronic media resources. Students and parents/guardians must sign an annual acknowledgement of the Appropriate Use Agreement and recognize that violations of the Appropriate Use Agreement will result in withdrawal of privileges and other disciplinary action up to and including confiscation of electronic equipment, suspension, and/or criminal prosecution.
