This Aquatic Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made this 19th day of December, 2017 between the Rio Vista Swim Club, Inc., a California non-profit corporation, which operates the Rio Vista Sharks Swim Club (hereinafter "the Sharks") and the City of Rio Vista, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "the City" or "Rio Vista."
