This Agreement is made and entered into on , by and between the City of Stockton, a municipal corporation of the State of California, (hereinafter “City”), and , (hereinafter “Operator”) for the exclusive use of the facilities identified in Exhibit 1: Aquatic Facility Locations for Aquatic Facilities (hereinafter “Facilities”). The City and Operator may be referred to collectively as “Parties” or in the singular as “Party” as the context requires.
