The City of Princeton (“City”) and Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. (“Developer”) (collectively “Parties”), pursuant to Section 11.14 of the “Arcadia Farms Development Agreement” between them dated January 23, 2017 (“Agreement”), as amended by that certain “First Amendment to Arcadia Farms Development Agreement” (“First Amendment”) have agreed to modify the Agreement as described in this Second Amendment to Arcadia Farms Development Agreement (“Second Amendment”):
