This Contract is by and between the City of Cottage Grove (City) and _ (Architect) for the performance of architectural services to provide Architectural Services, including Design Development and Contract Documents, Bidding and Contract Administration for the rehabilitation of the Cottage Grove Armory, based upon the approved Schematic Design Plan and Final Report.
