The BL offers you, the Sub-Licensee, the permission to access and use the Licensed Works on the terms and conditions as set out in this Sub-Licence. Upon completing and returning the enclosed Acceptance of Sub-Licence Form, you will become a non-exclusive Sub-Licensee of BL.
