This ARENA LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of April 15, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) between MSG Arena, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensor”), and New York Knicks, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Knicks”). Licensor and the Knicks are each referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

THIS ARENA LICENSE AGREEMENT is entered into as of the day of February 1, 2011, by and among the 2012 Democratic National Convention Committee, Inc., a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation (the “DNCC”) affiliated with the Democratic National Committee, a District of Columbia unincorporated association constituting the governing body of the Democratic Party of the United States (the “DNC”); Committee for Charlotte 2012 and Charlotte DNC Host Committee, Inc., both North Carolina nonprofit corporations (collectively the “Host Committee”); the City of Charlotte (the “City”); Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (“CRVA”); and Charlotte Arena Operations, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company] (“Arena Company”) (collectively, the "Parties");
