THIS AGREEMENT of Indemnity, made and entered into this SEVENTH day of APRIL, 2015 by GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK CORPORATION, GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK COMPANY, LLC, GREAT LAKES ENVIRONMENTAL & INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC, MAGNUS PACIFIC, LLC, TERRA CONTRACTING SERVICES, LLC, and TERRA FLUID MANAGEMENT, LLC, each individually and collectively “Contractor,” and GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK CORPORATION, GREAT LAKES DREDGE & DOCK COMPANY, LLC, GREAT LAKES ENVIRONMENTAL & INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, LLC, MAGNUS PACIFIC, LLC, TERRA CONTRACTING SERVICES, LLC, and TERRA FLUID MANAGEMENT, LLC, each individually and collectively “Indemnitors,” and ARGONAUT INSURANCE COMPANY, its respective successors and assigns (“Surety”).
