ART OF CLICK PUBLISHER AGREEMENTArt of Click Publisher Agreement • August 18th, 2021
This Publisher Agreement is entered into as of 29th January 2018, by and between ART OF CLICK, Inc., a Singapore company, having offices at 50, Prinsep Street, Unit 02-01, Singapore 188672 (“ART OF CLICK”), and APPSFOURU, a Maltese company , having offices at The Cornerstone Complex, level 3 – Suite 3, 16th September Square Mosta MST 1180, (together with its affiliates, the “Client”). This “Agreement” means this Publisher Agreement together with the applicable selections made by Client from time to time in connection with its ART OF CLICK account (the “Client Selections”). Client and ART OF CLICK are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties” (each as a “Party”).
