This Agreement is entered into on August 31, 20231July 9, 2023 by and between the Public Health Trust (PHT) and Miami-Dade County, Florida (County), hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and Local 1991, Service Employees International Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union, for the period October 1, 20230 through September 30, 20263, subject to ratification by the Union membership and approval by the Public Health Trust and the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
