This Agreement, effective as of June 11, 2024, is between Hudson County Community College (HCCC) with offices located at 70 Sip Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306, and the New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC) headquartered at 591 Summit Avenue, 6th Floor, Jersey City, NJ 07306, and operating the Governor’s Reentry Training & Employment Center, located at 195 Campus Drive Kearny, New Jersey 07032. (HCCC and NJRC are each individually a “party” and collectively “parties”)
